Integrated into the GAM team, your role will be to support the coordination and collaboration of our multi-country operations..

As part of this role, you will help deploy cross-functional action plans with GAM leadership and senior Sales teams to improve internal processes and strengthen scaling capabilities.

You will also support high-stakes client meetings by gathering key insights, analyzing industry trends, and defining clear objectives and messages to drive successful outcomes.

Being an intern in this position means actively contributing to international teamwork while developing your autonomy and gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational strategy, sales support, and project execution.

Key responsibilities ✨:

International Orchestration & Collaboration
  • Facilitate the coordination of our multi-country team in support of the GAM MD and local Heads Of, by collecting / documenting / sharing of best practices across countries.
  • Optimize operational routines to streamline international exchanges and ensure effective coordination across markets.
    Operational Strategy & Scaling
    • Deploy cross-functional action plans in collaboration with GAM leadership and senior Sales team members to improve internal processes and strengthen scaling capabilities.
      Sales Support & Operational Excellence
      • Prepare high-stakes client meetings by gathering key insights (project feasibility, industry trends, key challenges) and defining the main objectives and messages to be delivered.


        About you 🧑‍🚀

        • Currently enrolled in business school or similar and looking for a full-time 6 month internship starting in July 2026.
        • Ideally with previous experience in a B2B sales context.
        • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication, proactivity, and adaptability.
        • A fluent level of English is important to be able to communicate with an international team
        • A native level of French 


          How to join the mission? 🚀

          • First call in French with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes).
          • Interview with members of the Sales team to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes).
          • Last Interview with the Head of Sales of your department.
          • Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2026!
