The Finance and Administration Department at INSEAD encompasses a diverse range of critical functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Audit. This department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the institution's financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting INSEAD's mission to deliver world-class education and research.

INSEAD is looking for an Apprentice, Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Account Receivable team within the Finance department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.

About the Job

The apprentice will be reporting to and supervised by the Associate Director, Accounts Receivable. S/He will have to assist the Accounts Receivable Team in their daily duties.

Your role within the team

  • Accounts Receivable Operations.
  • Perform pre invoicing checks on application form and tracker.
  • Issue OEP invoice in Peoplesoft accurately and timely, save PDF invoices and send to customer via email.
  • Maintain shared email inbox on daily basis, answer client’s request via email
  • Assist supervisor for the monthly closing activities.

The ideal candidate

  • Ideally, you will start a BTS CG or a bachelor’s degree in finance in September 2026.
  • Good communicational skills in French and English.
  • Well organised and detail oriented.
  • Motivated, serious, punctual, and reliable.
  • Both autonomous and collaborative. 
  • Team player.
  • Tech savvy, at ease with accounting softwares and the Office pack.
