Le poste en détail

The Training Consultant will be responsible for transforming assessment insights into a structured, scalable learning and upskilling roadmap. Working as part of Photon’s core consulting team, this role bridges the gap between capability diagnosis and development planning, ensuring that talent enablement programs are directly aligned with identified skill gaps and future-state AI and data capability goals.

 

This individual will collaborate with Photon’s architects, program lead, and consulting analyst to design a training blueprint that defines clear learning pathways, competency standards, and mechanisms for adoption and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Assessment Outcomes: Convert findings from the AI, Data & AI, and Data Science capability assessments into structured learning and development objectives.
  • Program & Curriculum Design: Develop the initial framework for the AI Upskilling Factory — including training pathways, course mapping, and role-based competency progression.
  • Capability Roadmap Development: Define short-term and long-term upskilling strategies aligned to the CAP (Capability–Adoption–Productivity) framework.
  • Learning Experience Design: Identify and recommend learning modalities (e.g., workshops, digital modules, coaching) suited to technical and behavioral skill development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Principal Consultant and Program Lead to align training recommendations with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Measurement & Adoption: Define success metrics and feedback loops to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure ongoing capability uplift.
  • Documentation: Produce a comprehensive Training & Upskilling Design Pack outlining frameworks, learning pathways, and implementation recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR transformation, or talent enablement with exposure to AI, technology, or data functions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs or academies.
  • Strong understanding of competency modeling, instructional design, and capability measurement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior consulting experience in organizational development, L&D, or digital transformation preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and digital learning ecosystems is an advantage.
