ANALYST INTERN ROLE
Spencer Stuart is seeking to recruit an Analyst Intern based in Paris.
Your assignments will span a variety of sectors in executive search, including healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), industry, energy, insurance, financial services, private equity, consumer goods, and hospitality & leisure.
Interns also benefit from tailored training sessions designed to enhance their skills and deepen their understanding of executive search. This experience is ideal for developing business acumen, discovering the consulting world, and acquiring valuable tools for your professional journey.
You will work closely with senior consultants who bring expertise from investment banking, strategy consulting, recruitment, and industry. Their extensive networks in France and internationally are a significant asset to your learning and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyst Interns will work on strategic projects in teams with Analysts, Associates, and Consultants.
As an Analyst Intern at Spencer Stuart, you will support executive search and business development efforts through a variety of responsibilities, including:
Preparing client pitches and analyzing markets and organizational structures
Proposing candidate lists using internal databases
Coordinating research and conducting analysis on complex projects
Identifying creative solutions for active search assignments
Collaborating with international offices on cross-border initiatives
Supporting project team leads with research and analytical input on both individual and group assignments
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Currently in the first or second part of a gap year or at the end of your studies
An interest in business, leadership, and/or human capital
Advanced research and analysis skills (either through coursework or previous work experience)
Strong project and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter who is naturally curious, team-oriented and tenacious
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
International experience is valued
French and English speaking and writing skills required
