Role Summary:  

 • Drive the Mass Market Strategy for NXP Automotive Microcontroller (S32 Series) to boost market penetration and share acquisition

• Design and produce marketing collaterals & presentations to promote worldwide our S32 Automotive MCU product line via our NXP sales and distribution partners network.

• Develop market insights and distribution customer engagement strategies to position NXP’s automotive MCU as enabling platforms for next-generation transportation systems.

• Responsible for global Auto MCU Distribution funnel creation, design-win and sales generated through our distributors demand creation activities. Analyze business trends to measure our marketing strategy and tools effectiveness and tune it accordingly.

• Manage quarterly marketing update to NXP global distribution handbook, in coordination with product lines product managers, and global sales team organization.

Job Responsibility:  

  • Develop strong understanding of NXP automotive MCU S32K product line, competitive positioning and differentiating value proposition. Work closely with our AMCU product line team to develop together our AMCU mass market strategy and business development goals.
  • Build a strategic narrative to position NXP S32K products in global distribution market, against our competition to become the preferred choice for customers.
  • Secure effective marketing messages to bring out the essential differentiators and value propositions to support our sales and distribution partners in an easy solution sales process.
  • Develop and drive market adoption of FRDM Automotive design tool with a coordinated roadmap with product lines, marketing communication and enablement teams.  
  • Collaborate closely with NXP sales, application, marketing communications, and regional marketing teams to align strategies, develop customer engagement initiatives, and drive coordinated efforts to expand NXP’s presence in global transportation markets.
  • Serve as the automotive MCU marketing expert in our marketing team and engage in customer meetings to position NXP solutions in early design stages.
  • Engage with NXP distributors in joint customer meetings, industry forums and training events. Deliver training sessions to distributors, present webinars or public speeches to promote our solutions.
  • Provide structured feedback from customers and ecosystem partners to NXP business lines to influence future products, tools and solutions required to expand our mass market business.
  • Support NXP quarterly mass market handbook release with updates to NPI launch calendar, NPI one pagers, success stories and Hero product updates.

 Job Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  •  Minimum 5+ years experience in the high technology industry, preferably within semiconductors, embedded systems, or automotive markets.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and edge processing platforms.
  • Experience engaging with customers in automotive or transportation markets is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking to identify emerging opportunities and translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to work across internal teams including sales, marketing, and engineering organizations.
  • Strong business development and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates high learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new market segments and technologies.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal business lines and external ecosystem partners.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and globally as required.
