About the job

As a Digital Transformation Decision Intelligence Lead, you'll own transformation analytics & impact — defining what we measure based on transformation strategy & priorities, making it easy to track in Power BI & Portfolio Plus, and ensuring governance uses those insights to drive decisions and impact. You will partner with the team and key stakeholders across the transformation ecosystem.

A key part of the role is to leverage AI (including GenAI where relevant) to accelerate how the team produces insights, reduces manual reporting effort, and increases the speed and quality of decision-making — always in line with data governance and security requirements.

We are the Digital Transformation team, part of the broader Sanofi Digital Transformation organization. We treat Transformation as a Product, delivered through agile, iterative, and user-centered ways of working. This approach demands experimentation, continuous learning, and a culture of empowerment and fun.

Your Mission:

Lead decision intelligence for digital transformation — build KPI frameworks (Key Performance Indicators), create actionable Power BI dashboards, and translate data into strategic decisions that drive transformation impact across Sanofi.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the DI (Decision Intelligence) / KPI backlog end-to-end — manage priorities and ensure continuous delivery of analytics value

  • Define KPI frameworks in collaboration with the team — align on objectives, design leading/lagging indicators, set targets, and maintain a KPI dictionary with clear definitions, formulas, and owners

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards (hands-on) — develop and evolve visuals that show portfolio progress, outcomes, and key risks; ensure dashboards are actionable and tailored for governance audiences

  • Translate data into decisions — provide insights (trends, root causes, outliers) and recommendations to support prioritization and trade-offs

  • Enable governance — support governance packs & KPI reviews preparation, maintain decision logs/action tracking, and help streamline governance practices

  • Leverage AI to accelerate value delivery — identify high-value AI use cases, pilot them, and scale what works while ensuring human validation and compliance; use GenAI where relevant to reduce manual reporting and increase decision-making speed

  • Drive data quality and consistency — coordinate with data management tooling/processes to ensure KPI data is reliable, explainable, and traceable

  • Stakeholder partnership — connect the dots across initiatives and networks, ensuring the "why/what/how" and progress story stays coherent and actionable

About you

Experience:

  • Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Transformation, leadership, or Data/Performance management roles

  • Experience supporting governance in a product-based operating model or transformation roadmap context

  • Demonstrated ability to work in agile, iterative environments with a focus on continuous learning

Technical Skills:

  • Must-have: hands-on Power BI experience — building dashboards, working with data models/measures, iterating based on stakeholder feedback

  • Must-have: data analytics experience — KPI design, data interpretation, ability to turn data into insights and clear recommendations

  • Comfortable defining and maintaining KPI definitions (metric dictionary, targets, cadence, owners, sources of truth)

  • Practical agile/product skills: backlog management, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and iterative delivery (hands-on in Jira/Confluence)

  • Familiarity with data management tools and data governance concepts (data quality, lineage, access management)

  • Interest in applied AI for analytics/operations

Soft Skills:

  • Strong ownership mindset — able to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep cadences running

  • Clear communication — can craft crisp narratives for governance and leadership groups focused on outcomes and decisions

  • Proven ability to influence and align teams without direct authority — leading through collaboration and expertise

  • Proactive, anticipation-driven mindset — strong initiative and ownership mentality

  • Active listening skills — ability to integrate diverse perspectives and feedback

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field

Languages:

  • English: fluent (required)

  • French: a plus
