Role Summary:
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are trusted advisors to their client base and combine relationship management, education, and functional expertise to drive adoption, retention, and growth within assigned account portfolio.
Enterprise CSMs are responsible for successful adoption and expansion of the LSEG Data Platforms and LSEG Real Time Content within their accounts.
Equal parts trusted adviser and roadmap architect, the Enterprise CSMs engages with key collaborators, assist in reducing driven risk and find opportunities in their accounts. Through growing customer satisfaction and adoption, create the conditions for successful renewals and upsell growth potential.
To achieve this, Customer Success Managers at LSEG collaborate with internal teams & roles (Account Managers, Sales, Customer Support of various levels, data teams, administrative functions, Product & Programme management, Developer Advocates, Solutions Consultants & fellow CSMs).
What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively seeks opportunities to build and enhance value for the customer and for LSEG
Is seen as a specialist on their book of business and can articulate any risks, increasing available metrics to track customer healthBuild, maintain and bring to bear positive relationships with business decision makers and users to gain customer intelligence and influence adoption.
Understands customer’s needs and how LSEG’s solutions can help fix them, increasing customer satisfaction with LSEG products
Educate customers on how to use our enterprise platforms, content, and technologies tailored to use-case needs.
Considers impact of market trends on customers and how it affects business benefits
Provides valuable and timely customer insights to internal product and account teams
May mentor and coach more junior team members.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in the financial services industry, with a good understanding of regional financial market trends.
Ability to map a customer’s business needs to product solutions.
Strong project management, technical and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills in the areas: cloud technologies, APIs, networks.
