Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee/Apprentice to support our intern/trainee/apprentice recruiting and administrative process in Workday (WD) across all locations in France. This role essential to our talent strategy.
What You’ll Do
Post job offers on internal and external platforms following IFF’s global job posting template.
Screen applications and schedule interviews.
Manage administrative tasks in Workday
Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for a smooth recruitment experience.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to early careers recruitment.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting students and young professionals.
Support in managing several roles EMEA
What We’re Looking For
Currently completing a master’s degree in human resources (M1 or M2) or related field.
Preference for previous experience in Talent Acquisition (internship or apprenticeship).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with recruitment tools or HRIS (Workday experience is a plus).
Proficiency in French and English.
