During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.There are two tracks for the HR Internship – the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition track and the HR Communications track. For the Talent Acquisition track, your missions are:MISSIONS• You will be in charge of recruiting new interns within Stellantis Netherlands, from creating job postings to screening CVs and conducting interviews;• You will support the administrative recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports);• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees;• You will execute external events and communications to maintain relationships with universities and organizations as part of employer branding initiatives;• You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);• You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
