Explore your future career  🔭 As our new Client Operations Specialist (Order to Cash) you will join the ClientOps team within the Finance department, reporting to Patricia Legendre. Based in our Paris office, your mission is to take full responsibility for the order-to-cash cycle for our clients in France (BU Regions). You will play a vital role in ensuring financial fluidly and operational excellence as we continue to scale

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Manage the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients.

  • Drive cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt.

  • Execute precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date.

  • Maintain and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools.

  • Optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle.

  • Deliver high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries.


    About you 🧑‍🚀

    • Experience: You have previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or a B2B platform environment.

    • Technical Skills: You possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable navigating financial tools.

    • Languages: You are a bilingual-level speaker in both English and French.

    • Mindset: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

    • Soft Skills: You bring a positive, professional attitude and possess skilled communication abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
