Job Description VIBRATEAM is looking for an NVH Specialist to join the Powertrain Performance department of one of our major automotive clients in Valladolid (Spain). Working directly on-site with the client’s engineering teams, you will represent the NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) perimeter and contribute to the integration and performance of powertrain systems. Your main responsibilities will include: * Defining and managing NVH technical specifications. * Leading the convergence of NVH requirements throughout the different project phases. * Designing and executing NVH validation plans, including objective and subjective testing. * Analyzing NVH results and proposing calibration or design solutions. * Managing the resolution of major NVH-related issues. * Performing vehicle tests on track and open road to assess NVH performance. * Contributing to the development of NVH expertise and best practices, including documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. Qualifications * Engineering degree (mechanical, automotive, acoustics, or similar). * First experience in NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness). * Good English level (French is a plus). * Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork skills. * MATLAB knowledge is desirable. * Driving license required.
