The role combines sales leadership, operational coordination, and strong people development capabilities, with a particular focus on coaching, field accompaniment (shadowing), and performance improvement of Sales Representatives. The incumbent will act as a key interface between the field force and headquarters, ensuring alignment with company strategy, sales objectives, and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Sales Leadership and Performance ManagementLead and manage the field sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and qualitative targetsTranslate company strategy and brand plans into clear priorities and actionable field objectivesMonitor individual and team performance through defined KPIs, dashboards, and CRM toolsAnalyse results, identify performance gaps, and define corrective action plansField Coaching and ShadowingConduct regular field visits and ride-alongs with Medical RepresentativesProvide structured in‑field coaching, focusing on selling skills, customer engagement, product knowledge, and complianceDeliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback after field visitsCoordination of Field ActivitiesPlan and coordinate field activities in line with sales cycles, campaigns, and promotional prioritiesEnsure effective territory coverage and optimal resource allocationAct as a central point of coordination between the field force and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR)Administrative and Operational ManagementOversee administrative processes related to the field force (travel organization, expense management, meetings, reporting)Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities and sales dataGuarantee adherence to internal policies, procedures, and timelinesCommunication and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure clear, consistent, and timely communication to the field team regarding objectives, priorities, and company updatesEscalate field insights, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management and relevant departmentsAddress operational or performance issues promptly and constructivelyTraining and DevelopmentContribute to onboarding programs for new Sales / Medical RepresentativesPartner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and HR to implement training initiativesReinforce training content through on‑the‑job coaching and follow‑up in the fieldCompliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure that all sales activities comply with internal standards, ethical rules, and applicable French regulationsAct as a role model for compliant, ethical, and professional behaviour in the fieldQualificationsEducation: Bachelor + 2Yrs degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.Skills & Attributes:Proven experience in marketing and/or sales force management within pharma. Expertise in Biologics products would be a plusStrong coaching mindset with the ability to develop people through field accompanimentExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actionsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent communication, feedback, and interpersonal skillsSolid proficiency in CRM systems and reporting toolsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teamsResults‑oriented with a hands‑on leadership styleHigh level of accountability and ownershipStructured, reliable, and detail‑orientedApproachable, credible, and capable of motivating teamsComfortable balancing operational execution with people developmentGood command in English This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative biotherapy products.
