As we grow our Iberian operations, we're looking for an experienced IT Manager to join us in Madrid on a permanent basis. Your Role : -Reporting to the Country General Manager (with a functional line to the Group CIO), you'll own the reliability and evolution of our local IT landscape: - Level 1 & 2 user support and helpdesk management - IT infrastructure, network administration & security - ERP & business application oversight (TMA) - External vendor and SLA management - Contributing to Group-wide IT projects and digital transformation initiatives Estamos contratando: IT Manager – Madrid, España Scutum Group es una multinacional independiente líder en Seguridad Electrónica, Protección contra Incendios y Seguridad & Defensa — más de 450 M€ de facturación, 3.000 empleados, con presencia en Europa y Estados Unidos. Tu rol: -Reportando al Director General del país (con línea funcional al CIO del Grupo), serás responsable de la fiabilidad y evolución de nuestro entorno IT local: -Soporte a usuarios de Nivel 1 y 2 y gestión del helpdesk -Infraestructura IT, administración de redes y seguridad -Supervisión de ERP y aplicaciones de negocio (TMA) -Gestión de proveedores externos y SLAs -Participación en proyectos IT del Grupo e iniciativas de transformación digital Profil recherché What We're Looking For: -Bachelor's or Master's in IT -5+ years in an IT management or senior IT role -Hands-on experience with infrastructure, ERP environments, and vendor coordination -Autonomous, structured, and service-minded -Spanish (fluent) + English (professional) — French is a bonus Why Scutum? Perfil buscado : -Grado o Máster en IT -Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión IT o rol senior de IT -Experiencia práctica en infraestructura, entornos ERP y coordinación de proveedores -Autónomo, organizado y orientado al servicio -Español (fluido) + Inglés (nivel profesional) — el francés es un plus ¿Por qué Scutum?
