Internship - 6 months - Compensation Analyst F/H

You join the Compensation team attached to the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Compensation Analyst for a internship of 6 months, from September 2026 (dates to be confirmed according to your schedule).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

• Contribute to the implementation, production and analysis of compensation reports, by being proactive in their evolution and ensuring their reliability;
• Ensure the control of data consistency and reliability, as well as their consolidation;
• Ensure the tracking of anomaly corrections with HRBPs;
• Participate in the benchmarking campaign and in the implementation of tools allowing the restitution of remuneration studies;
• Participate in the launch, monitoring, and operational support of the annual compensation review (ACR).
