Le poste en détail
The main tasks for the VIE will be the following:- To be specifically involved in the Real Estate Credit monitoring circuit, with priority given to sensitive and complex files or dedicated ‘non-standard’ covenants;- Contribute to a robust permanent control framework to provide timely, reliable and consistent analysis;- Cooperate with the Risk Management and Credit Structuring teams to assess individual client and sector risks and provide support;- Contribute to annual credit reviews or specific financing requests, analysing risks, commercial interest, profitability, consistency of strategy;- Monitor changes in guarantees and their impact on the granting process.
