Job DescriptionJob descriptionAs a Client Solution Architect, you are the main point of contact for our customers. It is a client-facing role, owning the operational design of our client offering to ensure it is delighting clients while maintaining the NIQ offer in the marketplace in a sustainable manner. You will advise, suggest and discuss solutions with the commercial teams and the clients in regard to operational requirements.CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:You will be the link between the client and the operations teams on/offshore regarding the database production process, by translating client expectations into the necessary work orders and coordinating the production teams, to ensure the quality of the data delivered to the client and satisfy/surpass the client expectations.You will be in regular contact with your clients (face to face, phone, email) and with the commercial team to maximize client satisfaction and ensure understanding of clients needs/requestsYou will drive and coordinate discussions in regard to specifications limitations and technical possibilities on clients’ requests.You will challenge commercial team and client whenever necessary to ensure sustainable solutions will be implementedYou will suggest pro-active solutions to the client for simpler, more enduring and for NIQ more cost-efficient care of the client databases/reports.You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the database and for making sure the databases remain simple.You will ensure business growth support, by leading an effective discussion with clients and internal stakeholders, introducing clients to innovations and improvements for their databases that result in clients’ solutions driving revenue.You will coordinate and ensure support on questions of clients regarding data quality and stay in a position to provide information regarding the status of the implementation.You will be in charge of Hypercare / Sensitive clients (complex / highly demanding clients) end to end : taking in charge fully the requests, communicating to clients regularly regarding the status, providing timelines, checking data and ensuring quality of data before deliveryYou will contribute to continuous improvement projects to facilitate the work of CSAs : finding solutions to improve checks (faster & more effective way), improving collaboration with RD and CI teams, etc.REQUIREMENTS:You have a +5 degree: preparatory class + engineering schoolYou have knowledge of the FMCG sectorYou have a first experience in category management or supply chain and ideally, with a manufacturer of consumer goodsYou have excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsYou work collaboratively across different teams and efficiently manage multiple activities in parallelYou are curious and you want to understand the "end to end" production chain.You are proactive and focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfactionFluency in French and English is essentialWHAT WE OFFERPermanent contractHybrid work mode: 2 days per week presence at the office and flexible working hoursOffice building at the foot of the T2 tramway, 12 minutes from La DéfenseGym, Quiet Room, Game Room, Company Restaurant Additional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
