The Client Acquisition & Business Development Manager is responsible for defining, building and executing the VIC client acquisition strategy.He/she will drive new client recruitment and accelerate revenue growth through proactive business development initiatives. The role requires to work closely with store teams, with a focus on developing a strong VIC culture and mindset in-store, ensuring long-term client engagement beyond acquisition.Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition Strategy & Execution• Define and implement a proactive client acquisition strategy aligned with the Maison’s growth objectives.• Identify, target, and convert new high-potential clients through personal networks, partnerships, and prospecting initiatives.• Actively develop business opportunities outside of traditional retail channels.• Established network of HNW/UHNW clients with the ability to activate and generate immediate business impact.• Drive measurable revenue growth through new client onboarding.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and acquisition opportunities.2. Business Development & Client Engagement• Act as a key ambassador of the Maison in relevant social, cultural, and luxury environments.• Build and leverage a high-level network to generate new client leads.• Be highly present in the field: attend events, organize informal client gatherings, and engage directly with prospects.• Develop strategic partnerships (luxury brands, clubs, hotels, cultural institutions…) to unlock new acquisition channels.• Continuously identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to generate revenue.• Propose and initiate targeted events designed to attract and convert new clients.• Collaborate with CRM, and Retail teams to ensure alignment between acquisition initiatives and brand strategy.• Personally engage with clients through tailored experiences, dinners, and informal gatherings to drive conversion.• Ensure a seamless and elevated client experience from first contact to onboarding.3. Collaboration with Retail & HQ Teams• Work closely with Store Directors to ensure effective conversion and follow-up of newly acquired clients.• Share insights on new client profiles, expectations, and behaviors.• Support stores in maximizing business opportunities generated through acquisition efforts.• Ensure strong coordination between HQ and retail teams.4. Performance & Incentives• Define and track KPIs focused on client acquisition and revenue generation (number of new clients, conversion rate, sales generated, revenue generated from new clients, and pipeline development).• Monitor personal performance tied to business development outcomes.• Operate within an incentive-driven framework linked to revenue and acquisition targets.• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, opportunities, and results.
