POSITION AND MISSIONS

You will join our team from the General Secretariat of the Legal Department who are looking for a Communication officer, with an evolving role towards project support, for a 2-year apprenticeship from semptembre 2026. 


The General Secretariat of the Legal Department supports the Legal Department in its strategy, in the implementation and monitoring of its projects, as well as in its communication activities.


In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 


  • Contribute to the development of the communication strategy of the Legal Department
  • Support the internal communication initiatives of the Legal Department
  • Design digital communication materials (videos, visuals, infographics, social media posts, newsletters, etc.)
  • Participate in the organization of events and prepare the associated communication materials
  • Lead and engage the community of corporate lawyers in France and internationally
  • Project management (evolving missions)
  • Identify and formalize the needs of legal teams
  • Ensure the operational monitoring of projects (action plans, deliverables, reports)
  • Coordinate the stakeholders (meetings, agendas, follow-up of actions)
  • Contribute to change management (communication kits, guides, FAQ, tutorials)
