The Campus Services Department at INSEAD ensures the smooth operation and management of the school's global campuses. INSEAD seeks an Apprentice, Sales Assistant to join the Foot Note team within our Campus Services department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
About the Job
The Sales Assistant Apprentice will be at the heart of the activity. He /She will work closely with the Footnote team in the daily operation of the store, including shelf restocking, placing orders, receiving deliveries, processing online orders, and updating the website.
Your role within the team
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Process all internal orders via our MEDIALOG platform.
Online shop:
- Upload products to our website (photos, descriptions, prices).
- Update online stock levels.
- Contribute to improving the user experience.
- Process online orders.
Boutique & logistics:
- Receive supplier deliveries.
- Restock shelves.
- Greet and advise customers.
- Handle checkout and manage the cash register.
The ideal profile
- BTS ou BUT Vente.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrate autonomy, a sense of responsibility, diplomacy, and precision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Proficiency in English.
