Accounts & Market Development Manager (EMEA) Location: EMEA Travel: ~40–50% within Europe Reports to: VP Sales Role Overview Drive pipeline and lead generation across key EMEA markets (Israel, UK, Spain, BENELUX). Focus on early engagement, building strategic relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team (not direct deal closing). Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new opportunities in logistics, e-commerce, and retail * Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads * Establish relationships with major logistics operators and key industry stakeholders * Develop partnerships with consultants, system integrators, and technology providers * Track market trends, competitors, and automation projects * Maintain CRM visibility and report on pipeline progress Requirements * 5-7 years in business development / strategic accounts * Strong background in intralogistics, warehouse automation, supply chain, or related fields * Experience working with large logistics companies and integrators * Fluent English (additional European languages – advantage)
